Walgreens debuts expanded home delivery service

In a quest to stay competitive when it comes to delivery options pharma giant Walgreens is adding next-day and same-day prescription home delivery.

It is expanding its partnership with FedEx to offer next-day for a $4.99 charge and deploying same-day delivery in big metro areas including Dallas, Chicago and New York, according to a New York Post report.

The move comes on the heels of competitor ,CVS Health, expanding its delivery program.
