Webinar on mobile app conversion rates available on demand

Mobile Payments Today and Jumio presented a live webinar, "How Travelocity Increased Conversion Engagement on its Mobile Apps," on Sept. 19.

As part of its company ethos, Travelocity is dedicated to providing a positive customer experience. During the free webinar, participants learned about Travelocity's use of Jumio's Netswipe, the credit card scanning and validation tool, and how it offers a frictionless checkout process that significantly increased conversion rates and customer engagement on the travel site's mobile applications.

Participants also learned key insights on mobile consumer behavior and the benefits of card scanning and validation technology, to help facilitate both Web and mobile transactions safely and securely while increasing customer satisfaction. The discussion featured Jumio's Anthony Lanham, senior VP of North American sales, and Travelocity Director of Engineering Vinay Moharil.
