Woman stole $100 from Walmart self-checkout kiosk, say police

Police in Romeoville, Illinois are asking for the public's help in identifying a woman they believe stole $100 in cash from a Walmart self-checkout kiosk on Aug. 16, according to a Romeoville Patch report.

The cash was left behind by another customer at the kiosk at around 3 p.m., police said. The suspect’s image was captured on surveillance video as she left the store. She is described as a white woman in her 50s wearing a pink shirt and jeans.
