Yankee Candle teams up Ordergroove on subscription strategy

Yankee Candle is partnering with Ordergroove, a relationship commerce provider, to offer a subscription program to customers.

The program, according to a press release, will let the retailer build recurring relationships with customers and drive revenue.

Shoppers can get a range of rpoducts delivered on a personalized schedule that can be changed online at anytime and subscribers qualify for a variety of incentive including product discounts. The program integrates with Yankee Candle's loyalty program, Yankee Candle Rewards.

"We are constantly seeking to deliver consumer experiences that evolve with their shopping behaviors," Justin Swenson, vice president of digital experience, The Yankee Candle Company, said in the release. "Our subscription program allows consumers to receive products they love on a predictable cadence. Our partnership with Ordergroove gives us the ability to build strong, long lasting relationships with our customers."
