Bruce Schroder, president of Moe's Southwest Grill, chats with Tim Tang of Hughes about how Moe's and its parent company, Focus Brands, use technology to stay relevant.

It's helping the brand conquer catering, as well as online ordering and delivery, for example, Schroder said. The chain has also embraced technology to improve operations in a variety of ways, including training employees, running back-office systems and in the kitchen.
