In case you missed it: Zappo's CEO Tony Hsieh appeared as the interview guest on Comedy Central's "The Colbert Report" the other night, discussing his company's culture and his recent book, "Delivering Happiness."
I thought Tony came across great (if a little bit nervous, but I would be too). I also think it's astonishing that the idea that happy employees deliver better work (and are ultimately more profitable for the employer) is still a revolutionary idea to some.
