A pioneer in the mobile-powered industrial carts industry, founder and CEO John O'Kelly began Newcastle Systems in 2005. John has since grown the company to 40 employees and was recognized as a 2022 Supply Chain Brain Top 100 Supply Chain Partner. To meet growing demand, the company moved from Haverhill to a larger location in Amesbury, MA. The mobile carts are used in manufacturing, retail, and shipping and receiving applications by companies including Walmart, UPS, DHL, Wayfair, Tesla and Amazon.

Paige O'Neill

Paige regularly appears on top marketing lists from publications such as OnCon , MarTech Series and Top Rank Marketing. She is also one of the top 20 female tech marketers according to B2B Magazine. Paige recently launched a series of chats with other professionals on her LinkedIn page, discussing marketing and leading amid a pandemic, which LinkedIn Learning highlighted as a best practice use case. 

Prior to Sitecore, Paige served as CMO for digital workplace platform provider Prysm, marketing and translation software company SDL, and early-stage startups Aravo Solutions, Greenroad Technologies and PHH Arval (NYSE: PHH). She also served as VP of Marketing for integrated marketing leader Aprimo, and held marketing and global PR positions for Oracle and IBM’s Internet division.

She holds both a master’s and bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Kentucky, and spent a year in New York University’s Media Ecology Ph.D. program studying how technology impacts culture.
