Acqueon Technologies Inc., a product specialist in Customer Interaction Management (CIM), announced its new communications and notifications management application, ProActive Reach.
The application is designed for organizations to quickly and efficiently communicate with large groups of employees, customers or other groups of corporate stakeholders. ProActive Reach is compatible with most premise or hosted corporate communication networks.
The application provides automated message management, flexible list management and the ability to increase contact success through email and SMS, giving organizations the ability to organize communications data instantly and respond strategically. It consolidates outbound applications into one multi-purpose platform.
