CHICAGO — ADFLOW Networks, a provider of Web-hosted digital signage and interactive kiosk solutions, announced that it has partnered with Shopguard, one of the world's largest manufacturers of electronic article surveillance systems, to develop the latest in trigger technology for tethering products.
"We are very pleased with not only the working relationship between ADFLOW and Shopguard but also how our two products complement each other," said David Good, managing director for Shopguard. "It seems that more and more companies see interactive digital signage as the future and are pleased to know that they can still protect their products while on full display."
ADFLOW Networks and Shopguard solidified their partnership with the recent successful launch of Koodo Mobile's in-store interactive kiosks in their retail locations across Canada. The partnership utilized both company's technological expertise to develop a triggering product that enabled Koodo Mobile's customers to select cell phones from their displays, which upon disengagement from their base, sent a signal to ADFLOW's Digital Media Management system, delivering immediate content-specific information about the phone the customer had selected.
"With our combined expertise we are developing a streamlined process of bringing trigger technology to the tether," said Dan Kozyra, director of technology solutions for ADFLOW Networks. "We are working together to enhance this technology for interactive kiosks. Shopguard has proven to be a strong partner in their ability to adapt their technology to accommodate suggestions we have made to benefit the customer. We look forward to working with them on several new initiatives moving forward."
