AI plays role in top 10 trends influencing customer experience

Artificial intelligence comprises eight out of the 10 top trends influencing customer experience this year.

That's a top finding from a CX Network report that also noted AI is an enabler of other trends, such as automation and self-service.

Just two of the top 10 trends, namely employee engagement and customer loyalty, are not directly linked to AI, according to a press release on the report.
