Amazon tech powering Crypto.com Arena grab-and-go stores

Amazon's Just Walk Out technology is in play at two grab-and-go stores in the Crypto.com Arena in downtown Los Angeles.

Customers can do grab and go at the Bud Light Seltzer Market and the Michelob Ultra Market, according to a press release. Both locations are on the main concourse.

To enter the stores, guests insert a credit card at the entry gates and start shopping. The Just Walk Out technology determines what they take from or return to the shelves. After they exit, the credit card they inserted at the entry gate will be charged for the items they took.

"We're incredibly excited to collaborate with Amazon and Levy Restaurants to welcome Just Walk Out technology to Crypto.com Arena," Lee Zeidman, president, Crypto.com Arena, said in the release. "We're sure fans will appreciate this simple, safe and quick experience."
