Cavender's, a western and work footwear and apparel retailer, is deploying Kronos Task Management to redefine store workloads and help boost efficiency.
The solution, from Kronos Inc., is the latest workforce application to be integrated within the family-owned retail chain, according to a press release. The technology will streamline how the retailer communicates tasks to stores, elevating the role of its managers to more effectively deliver exceptional experiences for customers.
The retail chain has worked with for nearly a decade, starting in 2011 to automate payroll, scheduling and HR operations, according to the release. Cavender's has more than 80 stores across 11 states.
