Vending machines offering arts and craft items have popped up around Bellingham, Washington in the past year, according to a Cascade Daily report.
Kari Graczyk, founder, opened the first Pocket Box vending machine in May 2022, inside Grand Avenue Ale House. Two additional machines have been installed in downtown Bellingham — in Black Sheep and Rumors Cabaret.
Graczyk sources items from local artists, businesses and her own thrift shop. Most items are priced between $5 to $20.
