Big Lots Inc., which operates stores across 47 states, is using the Reflexis Workforce Scheduler to advance workforce scheduling, forecasting and budgeting at its 1,400 retail locations.
By using Scheduler, along with Reflexis' Task Manager, the retailer aims to boost operational efficiency as well workforce management of 25,000 store associates, according to a press release.
"We are excited to add Reflexis Workforce Scheduler, giving Big Lots the complete functionality of the Reflexis One suite," said Mike Schlonsky, executive vice president, human resources and store operations for Big Lots, in the release. "With the power of the full suite, we will increase visibility into store-level execution, reduce labor complexities and automate many time consuming manual tasks. Additionally, this solution will help us increase productivity and lower associate turnover and, in turn, improve the overall shopping experience across our fleet of stores."
