Consumers love online search but are still buying in stores

A new research report reveals seven in 10 consumers are searching online for products but are heading into a brick-and-mortar retailer to make the purchase.

The Modern Consumer report, from BookingBug, polled 2,000 shoppers in the U.S. and U.K. The research stated 73 percent of shoppers conduct online search before hitting a store, and 54 of those researching online then buy online.
