QuickChek Corp, a convenience market retailer, is deploying the Paytronix Systems's digital guest experience platform to launch a loyalty program.
The loyalty program will boost mobile engagement with consumers which will drive visits and spend, according to a press release.
QuickChek runs 160 markets through New York, New Jersey and Long Island, New York.
Its loyalty program, called QuickChek Rewards, is available via the Paytronix-powered QC Mobile App that went live earlier this year.
App users earn rewards on food and beverage purchases after scanning the barcode in the app during checkout. The loyalty program has three tiers: Fans, Friends and Family.
"We are learning a tremendous amount about our own customers, including things we weren't even aware that we didn't know," Eric Rush, QuickChek digital marketing and advertising manager, said in the release. "QuickChek Rewards is helping with our goal to understand what is meaningful to our customers in their daily lives. With the information we're learning, we can provide members with tailored rewards that make for a better shopping experience."
QuickChek also introduced an ambassador program for its 5,000 team members. This tier includes programs done in partnership with QuickChek's CPG supplier.
