Crate and Barrel boosts mobile experience with new tool

Crate and Barrel is using a new technology service to boost the mobile retail experience in its retail stores.

The Moxie Concierge program connects with shoppers on the consumers' mobile devices in order to offer assistance and product information.

"Seeing our mobile traffic grow nearly 30 percent, year-over-year, with more and more of our customers shopping on tablets and mobile devices, our goal was to select a tool that offered a superior mobile experience," said Joan King, VP of ecommerce for Crate and Barrel.
