City Beach, an Australian fashion and lifestyle brand, is teaming up with Teamwork Commerce to drive a next-generation omnichannel experience across all its stores.
Teamwork Commerce is a tech stack for retailers that includes POS, OMS, clienteling, inventory control and reporting .
City Beach is doubling down on its commitment to customer-centric innovation by deploying Teamwork Commerce's mobile point-of-sale and order management system solutions, according to a press release. City Beach will implement Teamwork's OMS technology to enable omnichannel capabilities such as buy online, return in-store and endless aisle.
In addition, City Beach will introduce Teamwork's Mobile POS across locations, empowering associates to assist customers anywhere on the floor with instant access to inventory, customer profiles, and mobile checkout capabilities.
