Forever 21 debuts visual search for shoppers

Forever 21 has launched a "Discover Your Style" visual search channel on its web and mobile sites in a partnership with Donde Search.

Shoppers can tap icons to research product colors, as well as other features, as part of a product search, according to a Glossy report.

Forever 21 president Alex Ok told Glossy that "visual search bridges the gap between the convenience of online shopping and the rich discovery experience of traditional retail by enabling our customers to search for clothing in the same way they think about it — using visuals, not words."
