At the recent launch event for the fourth-annual PSFK Future of Retail Report, Laura Jones, product marketing manager for Google Shopping, spoke about a recent partnership with iconic designer Diane von Furstenberg. The project involved using a Google Hangout to bring some of the emotional feelings generated from a great brick-and-mortar experience into the online shopping realm.
