Hudson debuts non-stop store at Nashville airport

Hudson has opened its first Southeast Hudson Nonstop location, and the store features Amazon's Just Walk Out checkout-free technology.
The 1,000-square-food store is located at the Nashville International Airport, according to a press release. Amazon One, Amazon's palm recognition service, is a contactless way to pay without any checkout or cashier interaction.
"We are continuing to see strong momentum with the growth of our grab and go business," Evan Schut, SVP of food and beverage of Hudson, said in the release. "This new Hudson Nonstop format is designed to make it easier than ever for travelers to get the best food and beverage products, while still providing them with the same quick and frictionless experience that Hudson Nonstop is known for."
