Hugo Boss taps Nedap tech to boost customer experience

Global retailer Hugo Boss is deploying the Nedap iD Cloud platform to gain deeper and clearer supply chain visibility, boost merchandise availability and improve the shopping experience.

The management platform offers an end-to-end, real-time inventory view and optimal merchandise availability using RFID, according to a press release.

All the retailer's stores will be equipped with the iD Cloud store app. By knowing what is in stock Hugo Boss can offer services such as ship-from-store and click-and-collect in a more efficient manner.
