The FenDak Group announced that its subsidiary KloseBuy Inc. is releasing a self-administered web and mobile marketing and loyalty platform for businesses come September.
The concept is designed to increase sales and profitability, according to a press release, via a variety of different marketing facets including mobile, digital, direct and an online loyalty points redemption program. Businesses can sign up online, the release said. Klosebuy said it would give free subscriptions to the first 10,000 adopters.
"We developed a platform that was easy to sign up and use no matter the size or sophistication of the business," Frank Fennell, FenDak Group partner, said in the release. "Whether you have one location or one hundred, being able to effectively and easily run your business while self-administering your digital advertisements, promotions, and customer loyalty program was paramount. By delivering significant value at such a low price point, our merchant service providers can even afford to include the platform as a free benefit for their customers - a truly unique proposition and go-to market strategy."
KloseBuy will be sold through merchant service providers such as credit card processors, independent sales organizations, lending firms and chambers of commerce.
"Our goal is to support small to medium businesses, and provide the solution needed to compete with big-box retailers," Fennell said. "Klosebuy is free for consumers to join and we fund points on behalf of businesses when their customers join Klosebuy and favor their business."
