LinkNYC embracing Valentine's Day with Instagram strategy

Link, which operates LinkNYC Wi-Fi kiosks in New York City, is inviting people to celebrate Valentine's Day by posting a photo to Instagram and tagging it with #LinkLoveNYC, according to the New York City Patch. Valentine's Day posts will be projected on the sides of more than 1,200 LinkNYC kiosks across city on Feb. 14. The kiosks allow people to make free phone calls and access maps and wireless internet connections

Link is even offering to help New Yorkers "set up a special proposal" using the kiosks' screens. 

Link will review every tagged Instagram photo to make sure it's not too risque before putting it on the screens. Every appropriate picture will likely be featured. Link will ask users for permission before posting their photos.
