Malaysian retailer TANGS goes live with Manthan analytics

Manthan Systems, providers of business intelligence solutions for retailers, announced recently it's successful implementation of the ARC Customer Analytics and at TANGS, a fashion lifestyle retailer with stores in Singapore and Malaysia.

Manthan's Customer Analytics solution analyzes TANGS' customer and transaction data from a range of sources to provide its marketing team with a comprehensive understanding of their individual customers, including purchase behavior and media preferences, the announcement said. Deployed in the cloud, the product empowers TANGS marketers to draw upon on-demand analytics on the Web or by native app on both laptops and tablet devices.
