Marketers going omnichannel to drive customer engagement

A majority of retail marketers, 88%, are shifting from traditional campaign strategies to more omnichannel activities and 84% now have high visibility into customer journeys in digital channels.

Those are top findings from Merkle's latest quarterly report on customer relationship management that offers insight on how marketing teams are delivering personalized customer experience.

A good number of marketing leaders, 74%, are implementing personalization in six or less channels, according to a release on the report.
