Break Time, a convenience store chain in Missouri and Arkansas, is launching a new Paytronix-powered MyTime Rewards program to boost its brand and customer relations.
Break Time chose the platform for its 74 stores due to its comprehensive capabilities, including its integration with NCR's Radiant POS, the rules and wallets engine, campaign center and messaging tools, according to an announcement. The system will be rolled out this December. It replaces a previous paper-punch card system and offers customers a more contemporary way to earn rewards for purchases.
"Break Time wanted an experienced loyalty partner that would help us grow," said Jennifer Bach, director of marketing and merchandising at Break Time, in the announcement.. "Because Paytronix is focused on loyalty programs, we felt it was the strongest candidate to do that. We loved the fact that Paytronix believes loyalty should generate revenue."
