A mother-daughter team has opened a flower vending machine offering bouquets around the clock at Telford Centre in England, according to a Shropshire Star report.

Kim Sager and Sophie Christlow, who operate SK Flowers, unveiled the machine Oct. 3 outside McDonald's at the shopping center.

The refrigerated machine, supplied by QuickVend Europe LTD, holds up to six bouquets and allows the owners to monitor sales through a mobile app. It cost approximately $26,440. QuickVend Europe is based in Gravesend, Kent, and provides installation, technical support, and aftercare for its U.K. customers.

The owners hope to expand beyond Telford, with Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury among the locations under consideration. Their longer-term goal is to reach major cities, although that would require arrangements for servicing machines beyond the area they can manage themselves, Sager told the news outlet.
