Isabella Naidoo is the new chief customer experience officer at MTN South Africa.
Naidoo steps into the role previously held by Eddie Moyce, who resigned from the position, according to a Tech Central report.
The report noted the new leadership appointment comes soon after a report revealed the company is not faring well against wireless Internet competitors, including Vodacom and Cell C and lagging in customer satisfaction.
"Naidoo's appointment gives expression to our ongoing quest to improve our customer experience by attracting the right talent and tapping into best practice from other sectors of the economy," MTN South Africa CEO Mteto Nyati said in a statement.
