Forbes magazine's Andy Greenberg recently sat down with Bill Nuti, chief executive of NCR since 2005 and a man with a serious vision for bringing channels together. He covers a lot of ground in the interview, notably, the idea of how to keep a 125-year-old company innovative.

In today's world, the digital native, and those digital immigrants like myself, who have gotten accustomed to a multi-channel world, need a different type of interface with business.
