Watchfire Signs recently deployed a gateway digital signage display at the city gateway for North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The company deployed a 12.5-by-18.3-foot 10-millimeter display to promote community events, public information and safety messages, according to a press release.
The city recently used the display to provide residents with up-to-date information on Hurricane Isaias, according to the release. Tyson Sign Company designed the sign itself and selected the Watchfire Display to integrate.
"We like working with Watchfire because they put out a great product that's so user friendly," Greg Stalvey, vice president of sales for Tyson Sign Company, said in the release. "In this area, salty air can be a problem for digital signs, and Watchfire signs hold up great in this environment."
