Not every retailer is closing on turkey day

Mall operator, General Growth Properties, isn't jumping on the bandwagon to close on Thanksgiving, and its CEO will be working the holiday at a New Jersey mall location.

GGP's chief executive, Sandeep Mathrani, is holding a live press conference at the Willowbrook Mall in Wayne, N.J., to talk retail trends and the shopping evolution, according to a New York Postreport. The Willowbrook is one of the company's 120 malls nationwide which will be open on the holiday.
