Office Depot adds online photo services

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. — Office Depot announced the launch of a new digital photo service with digital imaging market leaders Kodak and LifePics, allowing customers to send their digital images to its Web site for printing, sharing and storing.

Customers upload their images to the site, then select whether they want prints and photo products delivered to their home or office, or have them ready for pick-up at one of the more than 1,200 Office Depot retail locations throughout the country. There are no delivery fees when a customer chooses to pick up the photos at a local Office Depot retail location.

In addition to digital photo prints, customers can also enjoy a wide array of digital imaging solutions, including the ability to store and archive images without having to use hard drive space on a personal computer; ability to create unique gifts for friends and family, such as personalized photo albums, photo calendars, and more; and solutions for small business customers, such as client presentation books, large format printing and customized cards.
