Bluecore and Olapic are partnering up to provide retailers with an authentic, real-time personalized email campaign option, featuring user-generated content for a more meaningful customer interaction.
The partnership ties Bluecore's customer experience platform with Olapic's predictive, machine-learning algorithm and its visual content marketing platform. Marketing teams can use the technology to act immediately on behavioral customer data.
