Purolator, which installed its Quick Stop Kiosk that allows shoppers to buy gifts and ship them from a convenient location at the CF Toronto Eaton Cntre last year, has expanded to 11 locations in Greater Toronto, according to a parcel and post technology international report.
The self-serve solution allows customers to pack, label and ship their packages at a central location. The service has been especially well received during COVID-19, Laurie Weston, Purolator's director of retail, told the news outlet.
The kiosks also enable contactless merchandise returns to retailers via a QR code printed from the location.
