Quantum Retail unveiling 'Agile Customer Experience' at NRF

Quantum Retail will be exhibiting at the National Retail Federation's Big Show in booth 2359 Jan. 10-13 at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York. Quantum's booth will be located next to the "Thought Leadership and Innovation Station" in the Big Show's Green Pavilion and will feature client presentations and success stories, case studies, white papers and resources, as well as five live demo stations.

At the Big Show, Quantum Retail will showcase its accelerated implementation methodology for retailers, the Agile Customer Experience (ACE). According to the company, this software implementation process "will result in smooth and easy user adoption, while delivering quick time to value." The Agile Customer Experience leverages the company's Q suite of products and live customer information to start delivering value and performance visibility in as few as six to eight weeks of beginning an engagement.

The company says its solutions achieve full program ROI within six months of implementation.
