July delivers small sales boost but not as much as industry watchers expected.

July is likely going to be a much hotter sales month compared to the slightly sluggish sales in June.
The newest Redbook Research data reveals national chain store sales crept up 0.1 percent in the first three weeks of this month, according to a Dow Jones Business News report.
But while there’s an increase it’s not as high was industry expectations are – 02 percent.
Redbook’s report stated the boost may be due to summer goods clearance and the arrival of back-to-school goods.
As Retail Customer Experience is reporting during its 10-part Back-to-School series, more than a few new trends are taking place with the second busiest shopping season, including increasing use of mobile devices by consumers and reports that spend will be down for more than a few reasons.
