RetailAI taps Mike Bristol for VP role
Mike Bristol is now vice president, personalized marketing, at Symphony RetailAI.
In his role Bristol will focus on helping retailers and manufacturers boost sales by greater customer engagement strategies. Symphony RetailAI provides AI-enabled decision platforms, solutions and customer-centric insights.
"Personalized marketing is quickly becoming a 'must have' for retail success," Graeme Cooksley, CEO and president of the retail solutions division for Symphony RetailAI, said in a press release.
"Under Mike’s direction, Symphony RetailAI will continue to lead the way in leveraging a 360-degree customer view to create compelling, real-time customer engagement strategies that stimulate growth and promote long-term loyalty."
Prior to joining Symphony RetailAI, Bristol most recently led marketing, sales and product management as the chief revenue officer for Endowance Solutions. He has over 20 years of experience in customer relationship management in product management, sales and consulting roles for enterprise software companies, including Ellucian, Infor, SAP, Baan and Aurum Software.
