RichRelevance currently maintains a network of 35-plus best-in-class partners to help customers orchestrate comprehensive customer experience initiatives that personalize every touchpoint.
RichRelevance said its open platform gives partners access to open source code software and APIs to integrate personalization with other technology solutions and designed to make every customer interaction highly relevant and engaging across Web, mobile, call center and store.
