July 11, 2011

A Business Wire story at MarketWatch.com reports that Rosetta Stone has opened two new concept stores in West Hollywood, Calif., and McLean, Va. Both stores showcase the company's newest language-learning solution, Rosetta Stone TOTALe.

Dubbed "experience stores," by Rosetta Stone, the retail outlets were developed to appeal to a customers' aspiration to learn a new language and allow them to explore and interact with the Rosetta Stone TOTALe learning concept.

Before committing to a purchase, customers have the opportunity to learn more about the features of Rosetta Stone TOTALe, which incorporates the traditional Rosetta Course as well as the company's online tutoring program, Rosetta Studio and its online community, Rosetta World.

The concept stores dovetail with the company's integrated marketing campaign, "More than Words: Understanding," Rosetta Stone senior vice president of global brand marketing Eric Duehring said in the story. "We feel these new experience stores provide a powerful way for us to connect with our customers and help them understand the essential benefits learning a new language can provide, not only in their own lives, but in connecting with others."
