Samsung Electronics reportedly is planning to bring its new mobile-payment system to mid- and low-end handsets, according to a report from the Korea Herald.
The company also plans to add fingerprint sensors to its budget smartphones. The Herald's source did not specify a timeframe for the release of these features.
Samsung Pay debuted earlier this year in South Korea and the U.S. The company expects to introduce the system in more countries next year including China, Spain and the U.K.
