Happy Returns is launching a self-service kiosk option that can handle both in-store and online retail returns.
The return kiosk can be custom branded and runs on Happy Returns' software and reverse logistics technology, according to a press release.
For customers, it provides an easy way to return online purchases in stores, without having to wait in the checkout line. For retailers, it reduces the burden on store associates tasked with processing returned inventory.
