Sheetz store rebuild features kiosks, self-checkout

Sheetz has begun a rebuild of its store and gas station at Huyetts Crossroads, near Hagerstown, MD and expects the location to re-open in early 2026.
The original building was recently demolished to make way for the new construction, according to a Herald-Mail Media report.
the new store will feature an enhanced "restaurant-style experience" with additional self-service kiosks, made-to-order points and self-checkout stations, Sheetz spokesman Nick Ruffner told the news outlet.
