Software-as-a-service shopping app platform Shopgate has a new leader of customer success with the appointment of Ken Aponte.
In his role, according to a press release, Aponte, as vice president, will oversee customer satisfaction, shopper retention and driving revenue growth.

Prior to joining Shopgate, Aponte served as senior director at Personify, and before his tenure at Personify, Aponte was a management consultant with Diamond Management & Technology Consultants.
