HT Media: Indian retailer Shoppers Stop Ltd. has been well-served by its signature black-and-white wave-patterned shopping bags. Over 17 years, the bag has seeped into the consumer consciousness so much that shoppers now associate virtually any other black-and-white bag with the store. It's one great example of how the shopping bag is becoming an essential branding tool for retailers — one that actually goes home with the shopper.
