Steritech debuts audit service to help retailers adhere to pandemic protocols

Steritech, which offers safety consulting and solutions, is offering retailers a new service aimed at helping them comply with COVID-19 safety measures.

The service, according to a press release, provides an audit approach for boosting compliance which will protect customers and employees, as well as build trust.

"Right now, employees and customers want to see that retail stores are doing everything possible to keep them safe," said Doug Sutton, president of Steritech, in the release. "Not only is it the right thing to do, but the stores that demonstrate a commitment to the health and safety of their employees and customers will be the first to earn back market share."

The COVID-19 Protocol Check, which can also be applied to additional industries, marks a expansion of Steritech's service offerings beyond the foodservice and food retail industries.

"With roots in food safety, we have significant expertise in evaluating and coaching on appropriate health and safety standards that can be applied to a variety of industries to help protect people and brands during these unprecedented times," said Sutton in the release.
