Survey: Younger shoppers hitting brick-and-mortar retailers, older consumers jumping online

October 31, 2018

Millennials are increasingly shopping at brick-and-mortar stores while older consumers are gravitating to online stores to shop, according to a new Euclid survey that polled 1,500 U.S. consumers.

In fact, millennials are shopping in-store more than any other generation, up to 14 percent more than Gen X and Baby Boomer counterparts on Black Friday and Thanksgiving, according to a press release on the survey.
