Tanger Outlets is tapping Coniq, a loyalty platform provider, to drive enhancements that empower its diverse roster of retail partners to deliver personalized and contextual guest offers.
Tanger operates 36 shopping centers in 20 U.S. states and Canada with one additional center under development. Tanger is home to over 600 brands with more than 2,700 stores across its centers.
The announcement is the latest expansion of Coniq's North American portfolio as it works with property owners and retailers to forge strong relationships with their customers to increase foot traffic and sales, according to a press release.
"The outlet sector has evolved dramatically over the last 20 years, from locations where shoppers came occasionally to find great values to trusted community centers," Ben Chesser, Coniq CEO, said in the release. "We're thrilled to partner with Tanger to enhance the customer experience and keep shoppers returning again and again."
The platform will allow Tanger to capture and leverage consumer transactional data as part of the personalization strategy.
