According to multiple media reports, Japanese-owned specialty clothing retailer Uniqlo is planning to launch in Canada next year.

The brand said Monday that it will open its first two Canadian stores with two flagship locations in Toronto in fall 2016. The news comes less than two weeks after the announcement that retailer Target will close its Canadian location less than two years after entering the country.
