Target revamps storm damaged location with next-gen strategy

March 8, 2018

A Texas-based Target location, shuttered following Hurricane Harvey in August, 2017, is now re-open and boasting the retailer's next generation strategy when it comes to technology and customer experience.

The Humble-based store was left under eight feet of water after the historic storm and re-opened in late February, offering a more "boutique-style" design and experience, according to a Houston Chronicle report. There's also a bigger liquor section, a new look in the beauty aisles and an electronics area staffed with knowledgeable employees.
